Returns & Refunds

If you're unhappy with the delivery once it's arrives then please contact us via email, or by calling us on the phone, within seven working days after it's received.  The items must be returned in their original condition and packaging and we'll refund the value of your order minus the delivery costs.  Ensuring the safe return of the package and postage cost will be the responsibility of the customer.  

Breakages do occasionally happen no matter how careful we, or our courier partners, are.  Please let us know straight away if there's anything broken and we'll refund you for the broken items.
