What's It All About?
October 27th, 2009
We’re planning on opening a bottle-shop in Canterbury specialising in local beers, along with brews from the UK, USA and the rest of the world. The shop’s location and opening date are still TBC but the most important thing is to make sure we choose the correct bottles – so, please let us know which beers you’d like to buy from the shop.
Andrew’s starters for 10:
Local Beers
Gadds
Hopdaemon
Whitstable Brewery
UK
Moor
Sam Smiths
Meantime
Dark Star
Caledonian
Global
Japanese Microbrews
Brooklyn Brewery
Sierra Nevada
Rogue
Coopers
Continental
Rodenbach Grand Cru
Cantillion – Lou Pepe, Rose de Gambrinus
+ We intend to exclusively bottle brews that are only available from keg/cask. Any suggestions???
Cheers,

>Guessing things have moved on a bit since you wrote this, but:
UK: Thornridge, MARBLE!!, Oakham, Kernel, Broadies, Crouch Vale, Roosters.
Chunk.
>Good call on Marble, they're one I hadn't considered. All the others are dead certs for the shop, especially Kernel as Evin's brewing some of the finest hoppy beers I've tasted in a long, long time.
